Why Winter is the Best Time for CoolSculpting
/Your summer body starts in the winter. If you were less than happy with your body this past summer, it’s the perfect time to talk with us about how we can get to work during winter to make sure you’re ready when the warm weather returns. One service we love to do during the winter months is CoolSculpting!
What is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is a non-surgical solution for body contouring. It’s a non-invasive procedure that cools areas of the skin to an extremely low temperature. CoolSculpting technology allows the extreme temperatures to reach beneath the skin’s surface down to the fat cells and freeze them. This process causes the fat cells to die off allowing us to treat and elminate localized areas of fat on the stomach, love handles, legs and more!
Benefits of CoolSculpting
Once the fat cells die off, your body will naturally eliminate them over time, and you’ll notice visible results that include:
· Less fat
· Reduced cellulite
· A more toned appearance

Results will vary from client to client, but in general, CoolSculpting is an FDA-approved, proven treatment for visibly reducing unwanted fat in both men and women.
Here’s Why Winter is The Perfect Time to Book a CoolSculpting Appointment
CoolSculpting services can be done all year round, but we love doing them in winter for several reasons.
First, CoolSculpting often requires multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart. By starting treatments during the winter, you’ll give your body time to respond to treatments so you’ll have visible results by the time summer rolls around again.
Two, once your body does respond to treatments, it can take several months before you actually see visible results. In addition to needing multiple treatments, you also need to wait for your body to process and eliminate the dead fat cells. This process can take up to 3 months to complete.
Finally, sometimes CoolSculpting can cause redness, swelling and slight bruising in and around the treatment area. These side effects, while minimal, are more easily concealed during the winter months when we’re wearing more clothing.
Why SkinSpaMED for CoolSculpting in Dallas?
When you’re looking for CoolSculpting treatments near Dallas, SkinSpaMED should be your first choice for several reasons.
First, we just upgraded our CoolSculpting equipment! Our new equipment uses the same technology but shortens the treatment time from 60 minutes to 35. Plus, we also upgraded our handpieces to allow us to treat more areas of the body.
Second, while we LOVE CoolSculpting for many things, if we have a consultation and determine that CoolSculpting isn’t the right solution for you, we have other non-surgical solutions such as Flextone & Venus Freeze, that may be the right fit.
Third, because we have other non-surgical solutions, we have the capability to create a treatment plan that includes multiple services. For example, say you want to eliminate unwanted fat on your stomach and reduce cellulite on your outer thighs. After your consultation, we may determine it will be most effective to use CoolSculpting on your stomach but treat your thighs with Venus Freeze for cellulite reduction. Being a full-service MedSpa allows us to treat multiple areas, with the most effective treatment, all in one convenient location.
Lastly, we accept Alle points for CoolSculpting services! If you are a member of the Alle Loyalty Program through Allergan Aesthetics, you may receive special offers to help you save on CoolSculpting treatments. Plus, when you get treated with us, you’ll earn points you can use toward future treatments or both. Learn more about the Alle Loyalty Program and how it works with CoolSculpting here.
