What to Expect After a Micro-Needling Treatment

The micro-needling procedure doesn’t require any real recovery time. Most patients will experience some mild swelling and/or redness, similar to a sunburn. In order to protect your skin and results, it is recommended that patients use a zinc-based sunblock. Patients should also moisturize their skin daily to keep it hydrated and looking fresh. The use of mineral make-up is also recommended after the procedure to keep your skin refreshed and luxurious.
