1.      Q: Are you planning to stay open during the COVID-19 emergency?

A.  Yes. We have instituted enhanced clinical practices and feel we can remain open and safe.

2.      Q: Will staff wear a mask?

A: All staff will wear masks and gloves during all procedures.

3.   Q: Are you taking extra caution?

A: Yes. We have instituted Master Cleaning practices where common surfaces are cleaned on a regular basis all during the day along with sterilizing the building on a regular basis.

4.      Q: What if I am not sure if I have been exposed or am not feeling well?

A: We are waiving cancellation fees if you do not feel well or may have been exposed. Please call us and let us know.

5.      Q: Are you keeping up with the epidemiology in the area?

A: Yes. We are keeping up with cases and closures.

6.      Q: Are you planning to close the spa at all?

A: Not at this time. If there are more cases, contamination, closures or issues, we review this on regular basis. We will keep you informed!
